SHIPPING & RETURNS

• Once an order is in 'preparing for shipment' status, cancellation and refusal of receipt are not possible. You will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees if you refuse to accept the delivery.
• Exchanges/returns must be requested by leaving a post on the board within 3 days from the date of courier receipt. Round-trip shipping fees will be provided upon acceptance of returns/exchanges.
• We kindly ask for careful consideration before making a purchase.
  
  

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• Please first register for exchange/return on the board and follow the instructions provided before sending the item.
  (Items sent without prior registration will be returned without notification.)
• If you received free shipping, the initial round-trip shipping fee will be charged.
• If the item received is determined not defective, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Imperfections in sewing or minor discrepancies of 1-2cm, as well as differences in color perception, are not considered defects.
• Exchange for defects is only possible for the same design and size. If you wish to exchange for a different design, it will be considered a change of mind, and round-trip shipping fees will apply.

CASES WHERE EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE

• Items sent without prior registration
• Failure to receive the item at ROLLINGONTHEGRASS within the specified period after initiating a return request.
• Items whose value has decreased due to use or partial consumption (deformation, damage, signs of use, etc.)
• Items that have been washed
• Items with evidence of removal of the product tag and sticker
• Promotional items (sale items, event items, etc.)
